This study was focused on the role of climatic factors and their impact on the emergence of modern pests in the orchards of Al- Hussainiya district., It included (55) districts which have different area.

The study was relied on the climatic data pests and plant diseases data, .The climate factors have an effective and vital impact in completing the emergence of these pests in the study area..

which was represented by (light, temperature, and rain) light is an important climatic element in the success of planting trees and citrus, as it affects their vegetative growth, fruit production, and the extent of their exposure to plant pests (insect and disease).

In terms of its effect on its vegetative growth, when there is little or no light, it leads to poor growth due to the absence of green chlorophyll.

The temperature element is also among the important climatic factors that have an impact on the growth and productivity of citrus trees.

As for, the amount of rain fall in the region, it have significant negatively affects the growth of citrus trees, unless its fall is sudden and heavy.

These climatic elements have an impact on the rates of infection in a large number of these provinces, such as Um Grager County, Alwand County, Shaita County, Salhia, Al- Layeh County, and Al-Haswa County, as they are a model representing other provinces, as well as the variation in citrus productivity between these provinces.

The elements of the climate had a great influence on the cultivation of fruit trees.

Through research, we have seen a variation in temperature during the year and its height in the summer months, as it exceeds (40) Co.

And the spread and reproduction of pests in the study area, as the climatic elements are suitable for citrus pests and the optimum degrees are obtained for them, as the average temperature is (23.6) C in April and (23.6) C in October.
