The research problem lies in the following questions What is the nature of the correlation between Subjective well -being, and perceived external prestige among The Preparatory School Teacher? and Does this relationship differ according to gender (males - females), and specialization (scientific - humanitarian)? Research Objectives: The current research aims to identify:Subjective well -being among The Preparatory School Teacher.perceived external prestige among The Preparatory School Teacher.

The relationship between Subjective well -being and perceived external prestige among The Preparatory School Teacher, The difference in the relationship between Subjective well -being and the perceived external prestige among The Preparatory School Teacher according to the variables of gender (males - females) and specialization (scientific - humanitarian).

The research sample was determined by stratified random method, and to achieve the objectives of the current research, the two scales were used to measure the variables, namely the measure of Subjective well -being prepared by Rojas (2012), and perceived external prestige Scale prepared by Hoyle (2001).

The results of the research: The Preparatory School Teacher have a level of Subjective well -being, as well as the perceived external prestige, also have a level of positive connotation.

The relationship between Subjective well -being and perceived external prestige is significant for The Preparatory School Teacher .The research concluded with several recommendations and suggestions.
