Abstract EN

The research aims to develop a strategy for the development of university education in Egypt, especially the faculties of education, using the method of statistical analysis Six Sigma, as university education is the main engine in the development process in all its dimensions, and the future of countries is determined mainly through institutions of higher education.

The study used the descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the research in identifying the features of the education system in the faculties of education, and studying and analyzing the conceptual framework ofstatistical analysis method in management thought.

The results of the study were the necessity of usingin the quality units in the faculties of education and the dissemination and application ofculture in the faculties of education.

Conducting further studies in the application of Six Sigma methodology in education colleges, and supporting the field with pilot studies to develop and optimize performance in education colleges, while taking into account international experience in this field.

Conducting future research in the application of Six Sigma methodology to specialized and independent areas of faculties of education, such as graduate studies and scientific research
