The right to resort to the judiciary is one of the natural rights of individuals, stipulated in heavenly rituals, followed by the Universal Declarations of Human Rights, and then the constitutions of the countries of the world.

It is a right that guarantees the stability of society by ensuring that the injustice befalling individuals is lifted and their rights are protected.

Therefore, the judiciary was and still is fully respected and highly appreciative of what it does.

Through it he ensures the protection of rights and the removal of injustice.

The prestige of the judiciary also increases when looking at the administrative judiciary in particular because it confronts the administration with its power and authority in order to restore individuals’ rights.

It is worth noting here that countries differ with regard to defining and organizing judicial oversight, according to their historical, political and social circumstances.

In this regard, a distinction can be made between two basic systems or doctrines: the Anglo-Saxon system (unified judiciary) and the Latin system (dual judiciary):
