The worldwide protection of human rights and the challenges it faces is an examination of the importance of the rights that humans must have in the context of growing global change.

Respecting human rights is the only way for governments to achieve domestic stability while also supporting and stabilizing international peace and security.

Rights are the reason for which states exist or are established.

First and foremost, rights serve a crucial purpose.

They are not luxuries, but rather absolute requirements.

Without it, human dignity and will cannot be accomplished.

It also leads to defining the content of these rights and creating international legal rules related to individual citizens, such as recognizing the right of individual complaints against states at the level of the United Nations and some regional protection systems, and this would lead to the crystallization of an international legal status for the individual, as it is known that a deep jurisprudential disagreement Moreover, it has established or attempted to establish general standards applicable to all countries, and this is completely impossible to achieve due to significant differences in social, cultural, value-based, and possibly religious systems between countries, which hinders the possibility of this general application.
