The research paper dealt with the mediating role of organizational culture in the relationship between administrative communication and decision-making at king Faisal university in chad.

in this paper, the researchers used the descriptive analytical method, using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) program to analyze the data collected with the questionnaire tool, and they reached results and presented a package of recommendations.
