Abstract EN

The materialization relations and organizational effectiveness is considered one of the topics that has received widespread interest among many researchers in various fields of social sciences.

such as sociology, economics, etc., and what confirms this is the multiplicity of theoretical approaches and empirical studies explaining this subject, the results of which varied according to the components of the organizational environments on the one hand, and the patterns of organizational cultures prevailing in each organization on the other hand, and this prompted us to try to diagnose the actual reality of power relations.

in its relationship to the objectives of organization in the port institution of Skikda as a model of the Algerian economic institution, which differs in its organizational culture and components of its organizational environment from the institutions in which these studies were conducted, by trying to find out the extent to which both participation and the relational pattern are related as determinants of power relations in their relationship to the effectiveness of organizations, and to achieve for these objectives, the researcher adopted a five-point Likert scale as one of the methods of the descriptive approach in collecting data and distributed it to a random sample of 123 individuals from various employees of the port corporation in Skikda.

the study concluded that there is a correlation between the degree of openness of authority relations and the level of morale.

an increase in the degree of participation is also linked to achieving the objectives.

organizationally, the study also confirmed the existence of a correlation between increasing the level of job satisfaction and the flexibility of employment relationships.
