Abstract EN

Our current study aims to reveal the level of psychological hardiness among the students of cadets schools.

this is in view of the extreme importance of the aforementioned psychological variable for this group.

this study was conducted in the field at the level of cadets school in Blida in the period extending from 2021-2023, and the psychological hardiness scale of the 2006 camp will be relied upon.

this study was conducted on a sample of 63 finals stages students, and the comparative descriptive approach was used.

the results were as follows: the level of psychological hardiness is high among the study sample.

- there are no differences in the level of psychological hardiness among the students of the cadets of the nation due to the variable of gender.

- there are no differences in the level of commitment among cadets students due to the gender variable accordingly, psychological hardness works as a preventive resistance variable, as it reduces the incidence of stress resulting from exposure to pressure and increases the individual's use of effective coexistence methods, and also increases the work on the individual's use of his personal and social resources appropriate to stressful conditions and people with high rigidity are characterized by being more psychologically resilient and able to achieve and have the ability to control and internal control and are more adequate, capable, active and ambitious, and in return that less hardened people are more vulnerable to disease and feelings of helplessness.
