This study aims to focus on the role of business incubators in creating shared value for small and medium-sized enterprises.

it also shows how business incubators work to achieve a balance between their economic goals and the needs of the communities they serve.

this is done through focusing on analyzing concepts related to business incubators and shared value creation, in addition to clarifying how to integrate these concepts into projects.

a descriptive analytical approach was used, reviewing the experience of business incubators in China as a model for achieving shared value, and the study concluded that business incubators play a pivotal role in supporting small and medium enterprises through providing diverse support to them.

this effectively contributes to achieving their developmental, economic and social goals.

the study recommended the necessity of adopting policies that promote the role of business incubators in creating shared value to enhance inclusive growth.
