يتناول هذا البجث وصفا لوضعية الإنتاج الفلاحي في الجزائر، سيما إنتاج المواشي وإنتاج مشتقاتها خلال الفترة 2000-2022.
وتهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة فيما إذا كان هذا الإنتاج يتميز بالتنوع أم أنه مرتكز على مجموعة محددة من المنتجات، كما تهدف أيضا إلى الكشف عن الوضعية العامة للإنتاج من حيث التطور أو التدهور.
أظهر تحليل البيانات أن إنتاج المواشي يميل بشكل عام إلى الارتفاع على طول السلسلة الزمنية، وعلى الرغم من تعدد المنتجات إلا أن تربية المواشي تبقى بعيدة عن التنويع الإنتاجي المنشود وتربية الأغنام تعد النشاط المسيطر.
وبدوره سجل الإنتاج الحيواني المشتق من تربية المواشي تزايدا مستمرا في جميع أنواعه.
Abstract EN
This research provides a description of the situation of agricultural production in Algeria, particularly livestock and the associated animal production, during the period 2000-2022.
the study aims to determine whether this production is diversified or focused on a specific set of products.
it also aims to assess the overall production situation in terms of growth or decline.
data analysis showed that livestock production tends to increase in general over time.
despite the diversity of products, livestock farming remains far from the desired production diversification and sheep breeding is the dominant activity.
in turn, animal production derived from livestock has increased steadily in all its forms.
