The right to private life is constitutionally guaranteed and at the level national and international law, as it is a manifestation of original dignity everyone has the right to respect for his or her private life and not to make it susceptible to the year and to people's hearing.

the right to private life in recent times may be subject to new and renewed violations, varied and different due to the emergence and explosion of the AI revolution and its consequence from technologies such as DEEPFAKE technology by compromising the reputation and infringing upon the inviolability of human beings, this paper is designed to shed light on this technology by describing and defining them and indicating the extent to which Algerian law addresses them and protects all those who infringe their privacy.
