it may be associated to organized crime inside the country, organized crime across national borders, terrorist financing, smuggling, or corruption, which is known as true multiplicity, meaning the presence of many crimes whose perpetrators are accused in the public action fail.

in the same trial, here, the legislator gave it a group of procedures and a group of rules, especially when giving the penalty, which is what this study addressed to in detail.
