تهدف الدراسة لتوضيح ملامح السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية تجاه إفريقيا بعد الحراك السياسي العربي 2011، مع التركيز على ما أنتجته البيئتين الداخلية والخارجية خلال هذه الفترة من حافز قوي في إحياء الدبلوماسية الجزائرية من جديد، خاصة بعد الحراك السياسي الداخلي (22 فبراير 2019)، الذي ساهم هو الآخر في إعادة تنظيم البيت الدبلوماسي لمواجهة التحديات القائمة.
كما تسعى الدراسة لتحليل ومناقشة أهم المقاربات والاستراتيجيات التي اعتمدتها الجزائر لكسب الرهان.
Abstract EN
The study aims to clarify the features of Algerian foreign policy towards Africa after the 2011 Arab political movement, with a focus on the strong incentive that the internal and external environments produced during this period to revive Algerian diplomacy, especially after the internal political movement (February 22, 2019), which also contributed to the restoration of organizing the diplomatic house to confront the existing challenges.
the study also seeks to analyze and discuss the most important approaches and strategies adopted by Algeria to win the bet.
