The study aims to contribute to the clarification of party censorship of the legislative and local elections in Algeria, to ensure the principle of party equality and transparency of procedures, where does the legislator limit such oversight to the lists of finalized candidates, their qualified representatives, voters registered on the municipal electoral lists of their place of residence and voters registered on the signature list of the office voting exclusively the electoral legislator qualified the state delegate for adjudication with administrative decisions that can be appealed against before the administrative tribunal and the appeals tribunal, the limitations of such control are shown for two reasons, one is the legal requirements, the second is shortened in the political parties take into account the interests of their candidates.
