the dedicated forms of support to this category differs from direct support represented in financial aids by the national housing fund.

in addition, the state provides the real estate specified for receiving related projects.

the public treasury has a percentage of profits determined on the real estate loans which the citizen benefits from as another form of indirect support.

this research paper aims at knowing the adequacy of support mechanisms by the state to the housing formulas available to middle-income social categories; especially with the legal developments this sector knew which, thus, illustrated the state determination to solve the problem of housing to this category despite the apparent disparity of support among the different exposed housing formulas.
