e-administration has helped bring administration closer to citizens, accelerate the pace of administrative services, reduce costs, simplify procedures, achieve transparency, and combat administrative crimes.

despite the positive roles of technology in administrative management, it has also contributed to the spread of criminal behavior through the use of modern techniques.

therefore, the correct use of e-administration appears as an effective means to combat corrupt practices that have been produced by traditional administration, such as bribery, favoritism, and bureaucracy.
