In conjunction with the widespread and rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Algerian university has resorted to the application of health protocols and educational strategies in order to have a successful academic year and to protect the university family from the dangers of the epidemic.

after many adaptive protocols, the university relied on the implementation of the hybrid education strategy.

this pedagogical style which was imposed, initially created many organizational and pedagogical problems, and the contextual performance of the professor was one of the aspects touched by this new style, and through our article we will try to situate ourselves on the reality of hybrid education after two years of application, and its reflection on the contextual performance of the university teacher.
