Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the Cognitive Self Scheming for university students.

The research is determined by the students of Waset University for preliminary morning studies of both sexes، males، females، and for the scientific، humanitarian specialization for the academic year (2020-2021).

The study sample amounted to (400) male and female students، including (200) students and (200) female students and from the scientific and human specializations from the University of Basra for the morning study.

The sample was chosen by stratified random method.

To achieve the goal of the study، a tool was built to measure the strategy of positive refocusing according to ( Al- Kaabe 2020).

The scale is in its final form of ( 15)، paragraphs.

And the stability of it، and then the researcher applied the scale to a sample of university students، they were chosen in a stratified random way consisting of ( 400) male and female students and in light of the research objective، the following results were reached، that the university students have a Cognitive Self Scheming،ل ل and based on these results، the research came out With a set of recommendations and suggestions.
