The world of entrepreneurship and business is developing at dizzying speed, particularly in the age of new technologies, it is constantly changing, requiring everyone’s efforts to keep up with the space.
however gender inequalities still exist and are at the forefront of the political scene in many countries, as a matter of social justice and equality.
cultural socialization, which is passed from generation to another, and the glass ceiling remain the most important dimensions hindering the integration of women into the world of entrepreneurship, which has until now been the preserve of men, making it very difficult for them to reach leadership positions of different organizations.

Le monde de l’entrepreneuriat et des affaires se développe a une vitesse vertigineuse notamment a l’ère des nouvelles technologies, il est en mutation permanente, ce qui nécessite les efforts de tous pour suivre ce rythme avec lequel on doit composer.
cependant les inégalités en matière de genre existent encore se situent au-devant de la scène politique des états car cela relevé de la justice et l’égalité sociale.
la socialisation culturelle qui se transmet de génération en génération ainsi que et le plafond de verre dans toute sa subtilité restent les dimensions les plus importantes qui entravent l’intégration des femmes dans le monde de l’entrepreneuriat car réserve jusqu’au la a la gente masculine, il se voit très difficile pour elles d’accéder aux postes de leaders dans les hautes sphères de la pyramide des différentes organisations.
ce monde se conjugue encore au masculin.
