The experience of democratic transformation in Tunisia is one of the most important Arab experiences that received attention from researchers and specialists, as this experience coincided with the wave of democratic transformation that the Arab world witnessed, in the late first decade of the twenty-first century, as the deteriorating political, economic and social conditions in the country accelerated during the era of presidents Habib Bourguiba and Zine el Abidine Ben Ali, the initiative towards this transformation.

Tunisia has experienced the democratic transformation, all of which is a determination to develop its internal conditions, improve its external image, and break with the old regime.

however, this experience has been stagnant, due to the political, economic, social and external challenges it is currently facing.
