This study aims to analyze the geopolitical changes that have occurred in numerous Arab countries such as Egypt, Tunisia and Libya following the collapse of the authoritarian regimes within less than six months.

these geopolitical shifts were a transition trap, giving rise to a multitude of challenges that threaten various nations.

to address these evolving dynamics, we sought to establish connections between some outcomes of the Arab revolutions, that have contributed to the chaos, within Tunisia and Egypt or across the north African region, and the heightened border threats resulting from the proliferation of terrorist groups especially Daesh and the rampant spread of the organized crime.

consequently, Tunisia and Egypt find themselves compelled to reassess the sources of these threats and to formulate common security strategies to effectively counter them in order to safeguarding their geopolitical safety and security.
