it is trying to adapt to different regional and international changes by developing strategies and mechanisms that help to achieve these goals at the lowest cost.

by virtue of Algeria’s membership to the African continent and its geopolitical position as well as the possibilities available to it, all of this imposes the doubling effort to achieve results that reflect their capabilities and serve their interests.

the challenges facing the African continent at different levels: economic, political, social.

would lead to complications sweeping the Algerian borders and security.

thus, Algeria is obligated to adopt effective diplomacy to confront these present and future challenges.
