Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the extent of the impact use of digitization in improving the quality of local public services, so that this research focused on the digital services provided by local communities-Wilaya of Boumerdes as a model, as local communities are the closest to the citizen and are frequented a lot because they work to take care of his concerns and needs.

to achieve the objective, the study was conducted on a random sample of Algerian citizens who are frequented to the place at the level of Wilaya under study, the analysis and processing of the data was carried out using the descriptive analytical method of the data obtained.

the results of this study revealed that there is a direct impact relationship between the digitization of public administration and improving the quality of services provided by local communities in Algeria.
