This article explores the dynamic scene in the field of international relations theorizing, by focusing on the challenge posed by non-Western theoretical proposals, most notably Chinese, to Western hegemony, especially the role of the United States of America in shaping the discourse of international relations, with the shift of power in the international system and the rise of non-Western powers such as China.

in Russia, India, and Brazil, there is an increasing motivation to develop new theories, and the rise of China is considered the most prominent of these transformations, as it pushes researchers to delve deeper into Chinese academic theoretical discourse to understand its vision of global politics.

accordingly, the research paper aims to address the problem of the challenge posed by non-Western theorizing, especially Chinese theorizing, to Western hegemony in the field of international relations.
