This study aims to explore the relationship between the Algerian written press and the political culture of the Algerian youth and how it contributes to creating the values, standards, judgments, trends, beliefs and ideas of the Algerian youth towards authority, the state, political affairs, the current political situation and their positions towards it, as well as creating the rules and standards that govern their behavior and actions such as loyalty, belonging and fear of authority.
