this is what made it a thorny and complex subject that sparked a lot of controversy and discussion.

every scientist or researcher has given a special meaning to deviance and delinquents, according to the cognitive and theoretical orientation to which he belongs.

many trends or theories have appeared that tried to explain the deviation, so that the sociological theoretical trend attributed the deviation to the environmental and social conditions, because of their impact on shaping the individual's behavior and deviant behavior, in the form of behaviors and actions outside the framework of the societal system, bypassing the standards and determinants of social controls.

on the other hand, we find the psychological theory that delinquency is an old psychological disease that forms in the early childhood period to emerge in the different stages of development, generating states of anxiety, turmoil, and incompatibility with all life developments.
