Our study revolves around the importance of teaching methods in the performance of the teacher of physical and sports education.

the method chosen by the professor in teaching is considered the main tool on which he relies to bring about learning and provide the learner with different experiences and skills.

and this is evident through the appropriate method that he chooses in his teaching, because the abilities of the student differ from one student to another due to the existence of individual differences between the students, and from here the teacher must choose the appropriate teaching method or method to activate the real capabilities of the student, so he treats their weaknesses and develops their scientific capabilities.
