Abstract AR
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الفعال الذي يلعبه أسلوب التغذية الراجعة في تطوير وتقييم مهارات لاعبي كرة القدم الشباب.
واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي من خلال أخذ عينة مكونة من 18 مدربا تم اختيارهم من بين فرق الاتحاد الجهوي للبليدة.
كما استعملنا الاستبيان كأداة البحث المناسبة.
وبعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا وجدنا أنه من الضروري الاعتماد على أسلوب التغذية الراجعة لتطوير الجوانب التدريبية المتنوعة.
وعلى هذا الأساس أوصي الباحثون على ضرورة الاعتماد على أسلوب التغذية الراجعة لغرض تطوير الجوانب التدريبية المختلفة.
Abstract EN
The objective of this study is to identify the effective role that the feedback method plays in developing and evaluating the skills of youth football players.
yet, we focused on the descriptive approach by taking a sample of 18 coaches being chosen from Blida regional association's teams.
to conduct this research, we dealt with a questionnaire as an appropriate tool.
after collecting the results and having treated them statistically, we have found that it is necessary to refer to the method of feedback in order to develop diverse training aspects.
on this basis, this work recommends that one should rely on the feedback method for the purpose of developing various training aspects.
