The study aimed to build standard levels for skill abilities, to help select junior football players in the second regional division of the Djelfa clubs.

to achieve this study, the descriptive survey approach was used.

the study was conducted on a sample of 120 players who were tested intentionally, and a set of skill tests were applied to them.

the study concluded that the standard level of ball control skill falls within the intermediate level close to good for the test of dribbling with the ball and a good level for the test of juggling the ball in the air.

as for the shooting skill, the level of the two accuracy tests of shooting at the goal and hitting the ball at the farthest distance falls within the good standard level.
