Abstract EN

This research aims to shed light on the development of some health indicators addressed by the multiple indicator cluster survey (MICS 6), which are (newborn infant mortality, infant mortality, mortality of children under five years of age, the proportion of births supervised by skilled health professionals), using its data and represented in its forms.

graphically, the results of the survey showed a slow decline in child mortality rates during the fifteen years preceding the survey, and confirmed that mortality levels are affected by place of residence and economic and social characteristics represented in the educational level of the mother and the family wealth index.
