Abstract EN

Man is considered as a rational and social being by nature, sane in his thinking, sane (normal) in his behavior, and his creativity for a set of principles by which he conducts his social life in contact with others, which obliges him to abide by them, and this is what created the idea of the individual not accepting everything that is asked of him, and therefore became opposed to principles, whether social, moral or even ideological, and sometimes the opposite, be easy to accept and abide by everything that is asked of him, that is, be at the mercy of these principles without opposition.

in this case, his mind is absent in the contemplation of all existing behaviors or habits.

as long as man thinks about his psychological and biological self and his environmental and social environment, he produces many ideas that are applicable and intractable.

this production involves under the two domains that are sometimes similar and sometimes different, namely philosophy and culture.

therefore, these two areas have many overlaps due to their distant history, all the way to the Algerian environment, so we must shed light on these two areas and the relationship that exists between them in addition to their impact on Algerian society.
