Abstract EN

The aim of the current research is to identify the cognitive empathy of university teachers.

To achieve the objectives of the current research، the researchers adopted the cognitive empathy scale for (Al-Alwani 2021)، and to verify the apparent validity and construction validity، and the stability was verified by the re-test method.

The reliability coefficient was (0.82)، while the tool’s stability coefficient was (0.86) by Alpha Cronbach’s method، and the two scales were applied to the basic research sample that consisted of (300) male and female teachers selected in a stratified random manner with a proportional distribution at Diyala University، and when treating The data of the study was statistically statistical using (one-sample t-test، Pearson correlation coefficient، and z-test).
