Abstract EN

The controversial issues books in Fiqh are among the most important sources that provided us with valuable historical information about women and their rank in the Muslim society of the West during the two centuries (5-6 Hijri / 11-12 Ad).

in spite of its active role in family-building, this has not prevented the emergence of people whose morals have been corrupted and who have drifted in the vice.

perhaps one of the most important issues we can highlight is the associated phenomena that have been practiced by some women and had a negative impact on the family and society because of the corrupted morals and the absence of religious conscience among some women.

thus, this study aims to shedding light upon some of those practices and behaviors that have been a smirch on some women and have often called for the intervention of scholars to broadcast and find solutions to them.
