Those interested of critical writing note that what makes it specific is the careful study of the literary heritage, especially if it is within the context of a narrative text.

many of the novelists has celebrated this heritage by reclaiming its texts, stories, biography, proverbs, as well as its records and cultural history, along with its customs, traditions, its different arts, and the revival of its memories recovered from the history of the place and from the life experience of man.

among the novelists who embodied this heritage in their writings- especially the Andalusian heritage-is the novelist "Wasini Laaraj", in which he was inspired by the Andalusian culture and its cultural heritage, and by its most important personalities who represented these cultures.

therefore, Laaredj’s writings were influenced by the fictional worlds of his Andalusian imagination, in which he established a modern and aesthetic narrative form within this path, especially through his work “the Andalusian house”.

this study seeks to read the Andalusian symbols in this novel, and investigates the Andalusian heritage, trying to reveal how to do it?.
