in this context, i chose the novel Ain Hammurabi of Abdullatif Weld Abdullah as a model because it showed many aspects of violence to answer the following question: did the Algerian novel manage to depict the violence aspects that appeared during the black decade without touching the poetic language and the narrative aestheticism? or do the historical facts stay in the field of the historians?.
