Traffic accidents between the reality and hope: socio-legal study

This research paper aims to deal with the phenomenon of traffic accidents in terms of definition and clarification of the most important actors and interveners involved in it, this phenomenon which has recently exacerbated, has been termed road terrorism, because it is increasing day after day and heighten the volume of material losses and loss of human lives despite of the constant care of those in charge of this matter, but without achieving the aimed goal.

this requires to reconsider the ways and mechanisms taken to deal with this difficult phenomenon in order to reach a real diagnosis to help us to dispel it then control their variables and put in place mechanisms for proper treatment and prevention.
