The current study aims to address one of the phenomena that troubles students from Algerian sports institutes, which is unemployment, by studying the reality of the employment and training of graduates of the institute of physical education and sports in Chlef, according to the requirements of the labor market.

the second year is a master, consisting of 120 students and 20 representatives of the university’s training and employment bodies in the state.

the study concluded that there are differences in the assessment of the graduates of the institute of physical education and sports in Chlef of the reality of employment, and their lack of knowledge of the requirements of the labor market, and there is no coordination between university training institutions.
