The essence of the research revolves around defining the legal basis for the right to development according to what is stated in international charters and declarations and what is defined by the internal legislation of some countries, and to clarify the viewpoint of international jurisprudence in defining economic development, its requirements and the mechanism for its adoption to achieve its goals that contribute to achieving the economic well-being of countries, as we highlight The light in this research is on the developmental role that economic development plays in the developed and developing countries, the measures taken by those countries in order to complete the development process, and how they affected their economy within the framework of the state, thus contributing to increasing their economic development.
