We believe that the correct opinion is to consider nationality as a system of private law; This is because the solutions of international organization tend to strengthen the position of the individual, to renounce the state of isolation and establish cooperation in international relations, especially after the development that the world has witnessed in the means of communication and scientific discoveries.
