the process of cultural spread and social changes have clearly contributed to the transfer of western cultural models to all parts of the world, including models related to the image of the body.

we note in the Iraqi society, especially the city of Baghdad, that there is a growing interest in body image, a remarkable spread of beauty centers and salons, and the great demand for plastic surgeries, as the cultural explosion and the large number of celebrities in social networking sites, promotion, publicity and advertisements by them, and the development of medical devices and means have opened the way for those wishing to access to the ideal body shape regarding new cosmetic experiences, as the more beauty clinics there are, the more women they attend, and vice versa.
