Manifestations of the absence of awareness of collective conscience and a culture of collective participation spread with manifestations of bullying by students, workers, and even with some teachers, and intolerance, in addition to the indifference to the pedagogical and administrative decisions of the department leadership in the face of the lack of self-esteem development, in contrast to the lack of organizational confidence and intentional inaction, and the withdrawal behavior that appears in the resignation of university daily life such as withdrawing from framing exams, withdrawing from meetings and deliberations, and not caring about the issues and concerns of the department, not adhering to teaching appointments; these concepts express the various negative behaviors and behaviors of the university professor, which crystallized as realistic indications resulting from a reaction to what the professor experiences within this format.
