يعمل الفلاسفة والمحامون وكذا الحكومات في مجال حقوق الإنسان عبر مختلف دول العالم على إعداد دساتير تضمن احترام حياة الناس، كما تشمل هذه الدساتير حقوق الإنسان وحرية العمل وتنفيذ المشاريع، والرفاهية في الحياة الاجتماعية من خلال توفير وسائل الرياضة، الثقافة والتعلم والصحة.
يجب ضمان الحقوق الصحية للجميع.
كتوضيح للمشكلة، ستركز هذه الورقة على الجوانب المختلفة للحقوق الصحية التي يجب على الحكومات القيام بها كتحدي لتحقيق مجتمع مزدهر ومتقدم.
Abstract EN
The philosophers, lawyers and governments work on human rights.
the different states through the world include in their constitutions the respect of the life of the people.
the human rights include the liberty to work and realize the projects, the well being in the social life by providing means of sport, culture, learning and health.
the rights of health must be guaranteed to everybody.
as a problem statement, the contribution of this study will focus on the different aspects of the health rights that the governments should make as a challenge of a prosperous society.
the different theoretical approaches will cover the mean for applying health policy, the health governance and the challenges to realize.
