The study aimed to highlight the reality and importance of applying the principles of total quality management in sports institutions to develop their administrative performance, by focusing on the principle of the research and development process and the process of continuous quality improvement to include all strategic operations.

sports vehicles, so that the questionnaire was distributed in its three axes to a sample consisting of 28 individuals for some heads of federations and technical directors, as the study reached the conclusion that the failure to include a section for total quality in the organizational structure of federations and some sports facilities is one of the main factors for not applying some principles of total quality to improve administrative performance, including sports achievements, and the process of research and development and administrative training of accredited human resources is insufficient in terms of training programs designed to ensure the success of quality.
