Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the effects of the organizational climate on the management of physical education and sports institutes.

since each institute has there own organization's climate; we study the educational climate, the leadership style and management of physical education and sports institute in Oran university.

the study followed the survey descriptive method; where a sample of 18 professors at the level of the institute used to collect the required information.

the study concluded that the method of training and administrative development is one of the important and helpful methods in the process of managing the institute, as well as the method of reward and punishment has a major and important role in the process of the administrative management.
