Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the contribution and effectiveness of distance learning in reducing the educational gap among students.

it sheds light on the importance of distance learning and the need for it in light of the digital transformation and the newly adopted university curricula.

as well as knowing the causes of the educational gap and its effects besides reaching the results to reduce it among university students.

in this study, we used the descriptive approach on a sample of 70 students from M'sila university selected randomly, and based on the questionnaire as a tool to collect information.

the most important results indicated that lessons on educational platforms contribute to interaction and increase students' academic achievement and how distance learning contributes to enhance the efficiency of learners and lowers the educational gap between them.
