Abstract EN

The problem of a housing is considered as a movable problem since it is connected to the social and economic development through which the country is passed and where all construction, technical , design and planning elements are integrated .

The subject of housing is not a contemporary subject , but rather it is as old as human beings when he took caves and mountains houses to spend his time and to rest and quietness , at the same time , the human developed these houses and he exerted himself to survive and used all possible means to be able to develop the life on earth.

The overpopulation problem especially in Baghdad generates a set of problems regarding the economic , social and psychological problem as well as health and teaching services that should be provided to meet such overpopulation in Baghdad which other cities lacks of these things and which is deemed to be a factor of overpopulation factors.

Besides, immigration phenomena occurred since 50s of the last century and owing to the quick civilized development , and the availability of better living conditions, the population got increased year after year.
