Arabic Abstract

إن الهدف الرئيسي من هذا البحث هو تقييم الإنتاجية لأعمال التشطيبات للمشاريع التي يجري تنفيذها في الكويت بالإضافة إلى دراسة العوامل التي تؤثر على هذا النوع من الإنتاجية مع تحديد أولوياتها.

ركزت المنهجية المستخدمة في هذا البحث على القيام بزيارات ميدانية لبعض المشاريع الإنشائية في الكويت لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالإنتاجية لأعمال التشطيبات في تلك المشاريع (مع التركيز على اعمال القصارة بالملاط الأسمنتي بالرمل).

لقد أثبتت نتائج هذا الجزء من البحث أن مؤشر إنتاجية العمل لجميع المشاريع التي تمت زيارتها أظهر قيما منخفضة إلى متوسطة تتراوح بين 54.3% و68.6%، مما يدل على وجود عيوب تتعلق بقيمة الانتاجية وبفترة تنفيذ التشطيبات.

وركز الجزء الثاني من هذا البحث على تصميم استبانة لتقييم عدة عوامل تؤثر على إنتاجية أعمال التشطيبات في المشاريع الإنشائية، حيث تم استخدام برمجية ال (SPSS) لتقييم الاستبانات المستلمة من الفئات المستهدفة في هذا البحث.

أظهرت النتائج لهذا الجزء من البحث أن العامل الأكثر تأثيرا في الإنتاجية هو الأمور التقنية للتنفيذ، وجاء فريق العمل في المرتبة الثانية، ومن ثم الظروف الخارجية المحيطة بالمرتبة الثالثة، والوضع المالي في المرتبة الرابعة، والموارد المستخدمة في أعمال التشطيب وتفاصيل المشروع في المرتبة الخامسة والسادسة على التوالي.

تمت التوصية بضرورة اهتمام مدير المشروع بتعيين عمال مؤهلين للقيام بالمهمة المطلوبة مع اجتناب قدر الإمكان توظيف عمال من جنسيات مختلفة.

ومن الضروري تشجيع العمال من خلال الحوافز المالية التي تزيد من شعورهم بالمسؤولية تجاه عملهم.

English Abstract

The main target of this research is focused on evaluating the current productivity of finishing works for projects in Kuwait, in addition to investigating the factors affecting this type of productivity with their priorities.

The methodology used in this research concentrated on conducting site visits to some construction projects in Kuwait to collect data related to the productivity of finishing works (with a focus on plastering with cement-sand mortar).

The results of this part proved that the labor productivity index for all investigated projects showed low to medium values ranging between 54.3% and 68.6%; which indicates that there are defects related to the implementation period of this activity according to the standard.

The second part of this research focused on designing a questionnaire to evaluate several factors affecting productivity of finishing works in construction projects.

Using the SPSS software to evaluate the received questionnaire sheets; the results showed that the highest ranked factor influencing the productivity was technical matters of implementation, work team was ranked second, surrounding external conditions was ranked third, financial situation was ranked fourth, and resources used in finishing works & details of the project were ranked fifth and sixth, respectively.

It was recommended that a project manager should assign qualified workers to do the job, and not hire workers (as much as possible) of different nationalities, and it is necessary to encourage labors through financial incentives that will rise their feeling of responsibility toward their job.
