Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على عيوب الجودة والمشكلات في قطاع تشييد المباني في الأردن، واستكشاف مدى تطبيق فلسفات سيجما الستة في هذا القطاع.
تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم وضع استبانة تضمنت (37) فقرة، وزعت على عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من (412) مستجيب، وتم استرجاع ما مجموعه 350 استبانة صالحة للتحليل، ثم تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS نسخة (25).
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أعلى نسبة تأثير وعي وتطبيق المفاهيم six sigma في التعليم والتدريب بنسبة 80.2% بينما أقل نسبة تأثير في الفاعلية المدركة ل six sigma بنسبة 77.8% على مشاريع البناء من وجهة نظر المهندسين العاملين في مشاريع البناء الأردنية.
في ضوء هذه النتائج أوصى الباحث باستخدام طرق six sigma تساعد في تنظيم العمل وتقليل التكاليف الناتجة عن سوء الجودة وضرورة التركيز على نشر الوعي بين المهندسين وتشجيع الموظفين حول أهمية ستة سيجما وفوائدها المتعددة.
English Abstract
Abstract this study aimed to identify the quality deficiencies and problems of the building constructions sector in Jordan and exploring the extent of applying the six sigma philosophies in this sector.
Descriptive analytical approach was used, and a questionnaire was developed that contained (37) paragraphs, and distributed to the study sample, which consisted of (412) respondents.
A total of 350 valid questionnaires were retrieved, then the data was analyzed using the SPSS (v.25) software.
The results of the study showed that the highest effect of awareness and application of six sigma is in education and training of 80.2 % while the lowest effect of was in perceived effectiveness of six sigma of 77.8% on the construction projects from the point of view of engineers working in Jordanian construction projects.
In the light of these results, the author recommended to use six sigma methods that help to organize the work , reduce costs resulting from poor quality and awareness among engineers and to encourage the employees about the importance of Six Sigma and its multiple benefits.
