Arabic Abstract

تعتبر صناعة البناء والتشييد واحدة من أهم القطاعات الاقتصادية في الأردن.

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العوامل الرئيسية التي تؤثر على إنجاز المشاريع الإنشائية في الأردن.

ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة تم وضع استبيان كأداة دراسية ويتكون مما مجموعه 70 عاملا تم توزيعها على الأبعاد الثلاثة عوامل إنجاز المشاريع الإنشائية، عوامل التأخير المتعلقة بالأطراف عوامل التأخير المتعلقة بمراحل دورة حياة المشاريع تكونت عينة الدراسة من 160 مستجيبا تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من العينة التي يمثلها المالك والمقاول والاستشاري.

تم تحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال الاستبيان باستخدام برنامج SPSS الإصدار 21 أظهرت النتائج أن العوامل المؤثرة في إنجاز بناء المشروع كانت أعلى العوامل الصعوبات المالية في دفع العمل المنجز (78.7 =RII)، والملاءة المالية للمقاول (76.6= RII)، وأقل العوامل موقع المشروع أو صعوبة الوصول إليه (RII= 59.2)، وعدم كفاءة الخبرة في أطراف المشروع (RII= 63.6).

علاوة على ذلك، توضح هذه الدراسة أن العوامل المتعلقة بالمالك حصلت على أعلى أهمية نسبية من جميع (RII= 70.6)، والعوامل المتعلقة بمرحلة التخطيط (RII= 71.2).

كما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين العوامل المتعلقة بأطراف المشاريع الإنشائية وإنجاز المشاريع ذات معامل ارتباط (75% =R)، كما يوجد ارتباط إيجابي بين العوامل المتعلقة بمراحل دورة حياة المشاريع الإنشائية وإنجاز المشاريع الإنشائية ذات معامل ارتباط (58% =R).

وفقا للنتائج، تم اعتماد مجموعة من التوصيات مثل يجب اختيار المقاولين وفقا للخبرة والكفاءة المالية بما يتفق مع حجم المشروع.

English Abstract

The construction industry is regarded as one of Jordan's most significant economic sectors.

The current study aims to identify the major factors that affect the completion of construction projects in Jordan.

In order to achieve the purposes of the study, a questionnaire was developed as a study tool and consisted of a total of seventy 70 factors that were distributed on the three dimensions (factors of completion of the construction projects, factors delay related to the parties, factors delay related to the phases life cycle of projects), the sample of the study consisted of 160 respondents randomly selected from the sample represented by the owner, contractor, and consultant.

the data obtained through the questionnaire was analyzed using software SPSS version 21.

The results showed that the factors affecting the completion of the project construction were the highest factors financial difficulties with payment of completed work (RII= 78.8), financial solvency of the contractor (RII= 76.6), and the lowest factors The location of the project or the difficulty of accessing it (RII= 59.2), Inadequate experience in project parties(RII= 63.6).

Furthermore, this study demonstrates that the factors related to the owner received the highest relative of importance from all respondents (RII=70.6), and the factors related to the planning phase (RII=71.2).

The study also revealed that there is a positive correlation between the factors related to the parties to construction projects and the completion of projects with a correlation coefficient (R=75%), and there is a positive correlation between the factors related to the stages of the life cycle of construction projects and the completion of construction projects with a correlation coefficient (R=58%).

According to the results, a set of recommendations was adopted such as Contractors should be selected according to experience and financial efficiency consistent with the size of the project.
