Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من أن المحددات التي تشمل (سهولة الاستخدام المدركة والفائدة المدركة والثقة والأمن) تؤثر على نية الناخبين لقبول نظام التصويت الإلكتروني في الأردن.

قامت الدراسة الحالية باعتماد البحث الكمي من أجل تحقيق الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة.

مجتمع الدراسة هم معلمين المدارس الحكومية في وزارة التربية والتعليم في الأردن.

وقد تم توزيع 500 استبانة على مجتمع هذه الدراسة وأعيد 483 استبانة وقبلت للتحليل.

تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام كل من برمجيه SPSS (26) and AMOS (26) تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أنه أولا: هناك تأثير مباشر إيجابي وهام للمحددات سهولة الاستخدام المدركة والفائدة المدركة والثقة والأمن (نحو نية استخدام نظام التصويت الإلكتروني.

ثانيا: المحددات (سهولة الاستخدام المدركة والفائدة المدركة والثقة والأمن) لها تأثير مباشر إيجابي وهام على موقف الناخبين.

ثالثا: هناك أثر مباشر إيجابي وهام لموقف الناخبين تجاه نية استخدام نظام التصويت الإلكتروني.

رابعا: وجدت هذه الدراسة أن العمر، وتجربة الإنترنت، ومستوى التعليم يعدل من تأثير المحددات (سهولة الاستخدام المدركة والفائدة المدركة والثقة والأمن (على موقف الناخبين.

كما توصي هذه الدراسة الحكومة بضرورة الاهتمام باعتماد نظام التصويت الإلكتروني في الأردن.

يمكن للدراسات المستقبلية أن تقارن الأردن بالدول الأخرى التي تستخدم نظام التصويت الإلكتروني في بلادها.

كما يوصى بإجراء مزيد من الدراسات في هذا الصدد لدراسة نظام التصويت الإلكتروني من وجهات نظر مختلفة.

English Abstract

This study aimed to investigate that determinants including (perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU), trust, and security) impact on voters intention to accept e-voting system in Jordan.

The current study adopted quantitative research design in order to achieve the study‘s main objective.

The population of the current study were the public school teachers in the Ministry of Education in Jordan.

500 questionnaires distributed to the population of this study and 483 questionnaires were returned and accepted to be analysed.

The data were analysed using the SPSS (26) and AMOS 26.

Findings of this study indicates that firstly, there is a direct positive and significant impact of determinants (PEOU, PU, trust and security) towards the intention to use e-voting system.

Secondly, the determinants (PEOU, PU, trust and security)have a direct positive and significant on voters‘ attitude.

Thirdly, there is a direct positive and significant impact of voters‘ attitude towards intention to use e-voting system.

Fourthly, this study found that age, internet experience, and education level moderate the impact the determinants (PEOU, PU, trust and security)on voters‘ attitude.

This study recommends the government should pay attention to the adoption of e-voting system in Jordan.

Future studies could compare Jordan with other nations that use e-voting system in their places.

Further studies in this regard, also, are recommended to study the e-voting system from different perspectives.
